Ein DATEV-Format-Export inklusive korrekter Kontenzuordnung für steuerfreie innergemeinschaftliche Lieferungen und Exporte ist in Arbeit. Ehrlich gesagt: er ist noch nicht fertig — er steht hier, weil er fest geplant ist, nicht weil er schon existiert.
A DATEV-format export with correct account mapping for intra-Community supplies and exports is in the works. Honestly: it is not finished yet — it is listed because it is firmly planned, not because it already exists.

Rechify ships a process-documentation template describing how documents are created, numbered, validated, and archived — the part clients otherwise never bring.

- Aufbewahrung: XML-Original + PDF, 8 Jahre, Hosting in Deutschland (Nürnberg). Bei App-Deinstallation Komplett-Export mit 30-Tage-Frist an den Mandanten.
- Retention: XML original + PDF, 8 years, hosted in Germany (Nuremberg). On uninstall, a complete export with a 30-day window goes to the merchant.
- USt-Logik v1: DE Inland 19%/7%, § 19-UStG-Hinweistexte, steuerfreie innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung mit geprüfter USt-ID (VIES), Ausfuhr-Hinweis. Jede Rechnung speichert die angewandte Regel.
- VAT logic v1: DE domestic 19%/7%, § 19 UStG wording, tax-exempt intra-Community supply with validated VAT ID (VIES), export wording. Every invoice stores the rule it applied.
